Is there a version for mac pro by Apple
This version is currently in the works. We hope to release it within the next couple of months.
Hi. My husband purchased your software a year or so ago, but he didn’t save the installation file. So now that we have a new computer, we’re no longer able to use the program.
Is there a way we can get the installation file again?
Absolutely. Please send me the name and email address he used to purchase, and I’ll send you a fresh copy immediately.
Best,
Evan Marshall
I found 2 of your podcasts only (both excellent) are there any others available for free?
Hi Albie,
We have a new one coming soon.
Best,
Evan
What is the status of the Mac version? Same price as Windows version? Please notify me the moment it becomes available. Thank you. LLK
I am asking about if that software is running in Windows 7, and if, apart of download, it is possible to have a program copy in CD or DVD
No, we don’t provide the software on disc. We offer only instant download to your computer.
Best,
Evan
I noticed that there is a Marshall Plan Workbook. Does the software cover what is in the workbook?
Yes, the software automates what’s in the workbook.
Hi Evan,
I have been thinking that maybe you might see the wisdom of using the word ‘novel’ or, even better, ‘story’ in the few spots on the application where the more friendly and ‘writerly’ term would be better than the ‘techie’ term, ‘template’. No, I ma not suggesting that you lose the word TEMPLATE altogether – just in those places where the software speaks directly to the writer as it gives specific instructions or invites the writer to perform an action or make a choice. I’m thinking, ‘I don’t want to start a new Template, I want to start a new Story – or Novel.’
So I am suggesting that maybe, START A NEW STORY is better than Start a new Template in the example above.
‘Open an Saved Story’, is probably better than Open a Template.
The use of novel instead of story may be a better fit with the application – but Story is softer and makes a writer feel like this application is serving his or her needs rather than the writer feeling like an obedient servant of the software.
Your software guru could do a GREP on the word, template, and make the changes in a very short time.
PS: How is the Mac version travelling?
I like this web blog very much so much fantastic information. “The need to write comes from the need to make sense of one’s life and discover one’s usefulness.” by John Cheever.
